Errani wins the Slovenia Opens on Supersoft

The Banka Koper Slovenia Opens saw an all-Italian win: Casali was the official supplier of the fourth consecutive edition of the WTA tournament which this year was won by Sara Errani of Bologna. Leading champions of the Women’s tennis world challenged each other on the three Supersoft courts of the Marina di Portorose Sports Club from 21 to 27 July this year. Supersoft which is the top of the range product of the Sports Surfaces Line has become the “official” flooring of many prestigious international sporting events. Tournament winner Errani upset the favourite Anabel Medina Garrigues of Spain, ranked as 31st top player in the world, 6-3, 6-3, after defeating all her other opponents en route to the finals with an outstanding performance. Sara Errani has now entered the ranks of the top 50 leading players in the world in 43rd place.
