Bucharest opts for Surface Evolution

It is now possible to play on a Casali Sports court even in Bucharest, Romania. Thanks to the professional services of Eurocat 2006, who specialises in building sports facilities, two tennis courts in acrylic resin were produced with Surface Evolution sports flooring at Bucarest “Traian” High School.

Inaugurated by tennis champion Simona Halep, the top seed of world women's tennis, the courts cover a surface area of 1,350 square meters and are finished in blue and green; Casali Blue 302 for the inner area and Casali Green 201 for the outer area.

The Surface Evolution system, which is classified in ITF2 - Medium Slow class, is characterised by a rubber granule "cushion", without quartz aggregates, which is coated with highly elastic synthetic resin. This ensures outstanding playing comfort and reduces the possibility of injuries. The system may be used both for indoor and outdoor courts.
