MotoGP- Casali “on the track” at Misano

Casali spa plays a leading role on the Misano Adriatico World Circuit. All the synthetic grass around the motor racing circuit where the 2007 San Marino Moto GP was held on 1 and 2 September was renewed by Casali in collaboration with Cepiemme, a company specialising in sports and recreation centre installations. Casali Paste EP 11, a safe and reliable epoxy resin two-component glue was used to apply the covering; Paste EP 1 which is formulated for gluing PVC and/or rubber surfaces, is the ideal solution in applications where the characteristics of the laying deck are damaged by external agents or particular weather conditions (in the specific case - humidity). The Misano racing circuit has today become one of the most famous motorbike circuits in the world and a venue for all the most important international motorbike events. In the first six months of 2007 alone, in addition to the World MotorGP race won by Australian Casey Stoner on his Ducati, the World Superbike Championship was also held on this circuit.
